no delivery, no response

I made an order on the 02:12:21 and I did not receive a tracking number. i emailed them asking for a tracking number, they responded that i should expect delivery in 5 to 10 working days and that was on the 08:12:21. i called them on Monday the 20:12:21 as they were not responding to my emails. on the call they said my order was delivered on the 13:12:21 and i never received the items and i dont know the person they say signed for the items and they said maybe it was a wrong address they will investigate. i have been calling, emailing sent inbox msg on their FB page until today the 29:12:21 I have not received my clothes and no word from them.
