No customer service

Its getting 1 star because I actually recieved my orders. No customer service, they do not answer calls, respond to emails or Facebook messages/comments about the **** service or lack there of

Although some clothing items are cheap and look nice, good luck trying to guess your size, the sizing is all off and there is no information that can actually help you choose a size, as an online store it was supposed to be more convenient however it's more of a headache especially because you have to pay for delivery as well as delivery to return the items so why would on earth would I just b throwing money away on items that are not even the best quality

You're not a big brand and to have absolutely no customer service is appalling, I will no longer be shopping here, I would rather spend a bit more knowing I'm getting clothing that fit
