No communication and lack of service delivery

What horrible service no proper contact details , consultants chat via watsapp.Very ********* and **** advertising.I did a purchase early December i contacted style phase which i was given 4 different numbers to advsie i am in holiday delivery should go to Durban firstly instruction was not loaded then delivery eventually came with missing items i sent a watsapp to the consultant regarding my refund up to today no reply or feedback.This website needs to be relooked at they do not know about customer service i have all the proof on my phone
