Missing item, not refunded. They say it was sent out.

There is a missing item on my order, they advised they will check the footage and now I am being told that it was sent out. I asked for the footage and they are ignoring me. Where is the proof. I had to follow up every time, no one was saying anything about the outstanding item, until today when I ask for a refund.
