I think it's high time we start prioritising quality over quantity. I do believe that small businesses should definitely be given a chance, but some shops like Style Phase and Style Home don't live up to that expectation. I made a purchase from them two weeks ago, but unfortunately, I didn't receive my order. I tried reaching out to them, but their communication with customers seems to be lacking. Despite my efforts to explain the situation and request a refund, they're refusing to give me my money back. It's really frustrating, and I'm starting to feel like I might have been ****med. To anyone out there who is thinking of giving this shop a chance STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
