Incorrect order. No response with regards to collection or refund

So I ordered 3 dresses and received 3 tracksuits in large sizes. I requested that they collect the parcel and refund my cash. They requested my banking details and now there is just radio silence.

They have lost a customer. I will also tell my friends and family not to buy from this company
