Horrible returns process will not be shopping with them again.

I ordered from them and it was delivered I had to request for a return as an item was defective...it's been 2 weeks and no refund or credit voucher, I have to waste more airtime to call and find out everytime what's happening. I hate having to buy things online if the return process is not smooth. I will not be buying from them in the future anymore as I am still waiting for my refund or credit voucher. The customer service is indeed horrible. Save yourself the drama and rather not shop there.
