Disgusting customer service!!!!!!!!

I ordered a coated in June,they delivered but the coat is falling apart and badly made,ever since then I have been getting promises about them collecting the item and refunding me When I say nothing has been done!!!you will email and WhatsApp them,But nothing will be done!! They also delete negative comments about the service and items,they have been doing that to me I’m really disgusted with their quality of clothes and especially their customer service!!!No one cares

Style phase I sent a message on the 7th July 2024 after just receiving the item on WhatsApp and email it’s now the 12th july I still don’t have my refund and they haven’t collected their defected item

i report this business on this platform and you send a report that I am lying !!!!!!so this review should aslo be removed because this business does not want bad reviews,I still don’t have a refund ,you still haven’t collected your item,you still sent empty promises about you have booked me in for collection for over a month ,Yet I’m providing false reviews?
