Disappointed with service and customer service experience

I'm so disappointed with the service from the style phase, I placed an order 5 weeks no delivery, i called the customer service department no answer a week later bongi or bongi we called whom she explained she is a manager to resolve the issue just to find out my order was delivered to Johannesburg the the company. She explained she will have to create a new order since the mistake was on they side. After she explained she will call me back Monday to confirm this however the matter from the 20 of June I'm still awaiting for my return or order. 91927 ***
