Delayed order and refund refusal.

Purchased goods over R 1000 on the morning of 25 August 2026. Called them after a day or two as my order had still not been processed. I asked for a refund and they they said I apologies I should call later in the day to find out when they're dispatching. I advised them I ordered the items for an event. They couldn't be bothered . It's the 28th August and they said they'd give me feedback in the morning which they never did . I again asked for my refund with no luck. How do companies like this be allowed to operate? Their service is appalling .
