Customer services sucks

I have bought a couple of times through Stylephase. Clothes is great but their Customer services is utterly poor. I placed my order on the 25th of November and today is the 2nd is still hasn't been processed. I emailed them and i get a pathetic excuse of it was black Friday. Has per their delivery time of 3-5 days they give clients false hope of receiving their orders in time. I placed the order in hopes of getting in time for my Christmas party has i bought some stuff for gifts. Now it seems i wont get it and I dreading asking for a refund cause if the take this long to dispatch and order imagine a refund. I think this could be a fantastic online store if they get they act together and not make their problems their clients problems. If you advertise 3- 5 days thats exactly what they should give.
