Courier charges to pay again 😥

I am a pensioner and I purchased pjs from Style Phase last week, I took all XL that is what size I use but when I received my order the pjs look very small for me it will be tight and I have stomach operation and I can't use tight clothes and I needed these PJ's for hospital next month. Style Phase has got a WhatsApp no. I told them what was wrong and I said I do a exchange and I take all XXL they asked me to pay delivery charges again if I need exchange. I told them I don't have the money I am a pensioner where do I get the money from. They refused to help me and said that is the rules.😥 this is a very bad way to run a business we as customer would like to support you. So depressing
