Completely wrong order delivered

I have never been so disappointed with my online purchase like I am with style phase I have placed my order twice and all were completely wrong from what I ordered. The excitement of seeing your order for the first time all down the drain. The shipping is quite quick and their items are cheaper but the service is extremely poor.
