Bad service from Style Phase SA (Online Clothing Store)

I purchased clothes online from Style Phase SA Order number 26422 on the 4th of March 2022. Upon opening the package I realized I received an incorrect item. I reached out to Style Phase SA to help me rectify the matter and was told telephonically that they'd send someone to collect the item and the end result was that I'd either get a refund or they would give me a discount voucher. I have sent follow up emails and called them but to date there has been no resolve. Their service is awful, and they have no comprehension of what customer service is. Huge disappointment.
