Bad service at style phase not trusted

They are so inprofessional.i pdered and they give my oder the courier guy company even today i havent received my oder when i check eith them they told me i have received my parcel which is pure lies..how can they treat me like that.i need my refund and the deliverh fees that i paid and ddint receive my parcel.
