Bad service and bad quality clothing

I placed an order on the 6th of September a week later I had no feedback on my order when I sent a query all of the sudden the order status changed to order updated and then Shipped, they didn't have one of the dresses I ordered in stock and I'm still waiting for the refund and not to mention the rest of the dresses that arrived the hems on the back hem is torn from top to bottom bad quality clothing and service
