Bad After Sales and Cutomer Services

I placed an order and my order was delivered to me with 1 pair of shoes missing. I have emailed and watsapped and I have not had any help since 30 August. They do not reply to WhatsApp messages or emails anymore. Their after sales is horrible and their customer service is even worse. My order number is: 150584
