Awful service

I would honestly give this business 0 stars if I could. My order took 5 weeks to get to Cape Town and one of the items I ordered was incorrect. The courier came to collect the incorrect item, after a month I did not receive the correct item. I emailed them and they told me they have not received the item from the courier. I suppose the courier might have lost the item. 3 months later and not return or refund. NEVER order from this business. I am disgusted by their customer service and the return policy.
