Appealing service and disgraceful management service. Very poor quality items with deceiving descriptions

Don't ever order from Stylphase online. I have received the worst service from both their WhatsApp customer service as well as direct management. I ordered 4 items. 2 I was happy with and fit the description based on the pictures and item description provided. However, 2 of the knitted tracksuits I ordered which is displayed as a warm and cozy knit in the picture and described as knitted tracksuits were near transparent when I tried them on. You could literally see my underwear through the tracksuit and it provided no heat whatsoever. After contacting Stylphase with my issue and providing them with clear pictures of the transparency of the items the whatsapp consultant said I received what I ordered. I did not order a thin, see through winter tracksuit. When asked to escalate the matter I was told to email the manager who again told me I received what I ordered but they will arrange to pick up the items and refund me. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard from anyone to date. No phone call, no WhatsApp, no email to arrange pick up and certainly no apology for misrepresenting what they were selling. I am appalled and wish I could post the photos of the items while fitting them so you can see for yourself how transparent the clothing is. How am I meant to wear a tracksuit out in public which provides no coverage absolutely no heat during winter.
