Amazing clothes, bad service

The first time I placed an order with Style phase I was very disappointed because firstly I was called and told that the item I ordered was no longer in stock and I should pick a different item, of which I did. The delivery took weeks to get to me. It was very disappointing. The lady at Style phase apologised and said they would improve their service delivery. So I decided to place a second order only to find the same thing repeating again, I was told to choose different items plus it took 4 days for them to process my order. At least the second time around delivery was timeous. I am rating it 3 star because the clothing items are beautiful and are of quality.
