Cant supply parts for their products.

I have Bought a toilet range from Itile that SWD supplies, since I bought the toilet in November 2019 they have not been able to supply parts, Every time you follow up with them they only have excuses and tell you they are waiting for parts from oversees. They simply have no interest to assist their client with parts but still sell this product.
