My order hasn't arrived what must I do

I really need your help*

This year,On the 28th of March I had bought items online,and the lady told me il receive my orders after 12 working days after I made payment on that day on the 28th March,which I did.

On the 16th of April,I had contacted her about my order as 12 weeks had past,and had asked her if I'll get my order on that week and she's responded yes.

20th of April I was getting worried and tried checking how far my order was,that's when she told me to come pick them up at some location she sent to me,which I ddnt hesitate in the next 2hours I was already there waiting for her..I ordered 6 items but had only received 4 on that day,as she told me that the other two I should be expecting them on the 26th of April.

On the 26th of April I tried contacting her about those two items and she told me that I should be expecting them later that day and later said that she'll keep me updated.I than patientally waited.

02 May-I tried contacting her but she didn't respond.

03 May-trued contacting her and still no respond 04 May-this was my text message to her"Morning mam May u please explain to me what's going on,to why the items are taking to long to come,so I can understand"

Still no respond

19th May-she told me she's certain that il get them before the end of May.

On the 01st of June,I texted her and she told me she has the one item with her and still waiting for the last one,so than I asked her to courier it and she ddnt respond. From the 2nd of June till the 11th I tried contacting her and had ignored all my texts

On the 12th-i wrote her this

"Good morning

Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and outside of the agreed deadline is considered to be a breach of contract.

I am now making time of the essence and request the item be delivered within 14 days of receipt of this letter."

She responded"ohk sure"

Till than iv been trying to contact her,with no respond till now,she's ignoring my texts and my calls,it's been 3months now and I'm still waiting for those two items,.

please help I really really need your help
