Refuse to refund my R2200 its been a year

I bought shoes for R2200 cash from this lady KETSO SENE SPIRITUAL HEALER (the owner) also on Facebook and Instagram at Ormonde shopping centre 18 Crownwood Road at Stylefleek fashion, Shop 23 It was February 2021. On the same day I got home, I then notice the shoes were damaged. I contacted the shop and informed them. Then I took back the shoes. Since it was the only pair I negotiated with the shop owner to fix them.. Cause I needed the shoes for a wedding which I was attending that month of February 2021. The lady promised to fix them In the week I called her to find out if the shoes were ready, but she started making excuses that she had a problem with her car.

I then suggested that maybe I can come take the shoes for repair and she will cover the cost, but she told me she will attend to the shoes must just be patient. Though I explained I need the shoes for a wedding. When I called her again the following week. Which was the week for the wedding. She told me I will have to wait cause she is attending some ritual of being a spiritual healer. I told her I can't wait for her. It's better she gives me my refund. She told me she does not refund. I told her you gave damage shoes and out of my kindness I was willing to let you fix the shoes. Now I can't wait for her cause wanted the shoes for a wedding. She told me she will refund me when she is back from her rituals.

I felt it was not fair for her to treat me like that as customer. Each time I called her she will be rude to me. And she end up blocking me. I went to the center manager to report her. They told me the is nothing they can do. I then went to small claim. But she never even bother to acknowledge small claim. She never came to court. Instead she degrade me, telling me should go to private lawyers she does not have time for small claims. She insult me. Say anything to frustrate me. Unfortunately the small claim could not do much for it was the time of lock down. Was told the sheriff are not working.

I have been trying to get hold of the lady. Each time icont her. She will say all the nasty things. Telling me she will teach me a lesson. She is not going to do this my way. And I told her all I want it's my refund. But she has just made my life a living hell. It's been a year now wanting my refund, this lady is not prepared to give me my refund. Instead she is telling me of her personal problems. Which I have stated that they have nothing to do with me. For at the end of the day her business is running, she dies have money to pay rent for the shop but dies not want to refund me.. And I'm not her friend to explain all those things. Im just a customer who came to buy shoes. So I just need my refund. Now she is not taking my calls or responding to my messages.

Im seriously frustrated for i need my refund. She last month send me ewallet of R500. When I tried contacting her using my sister's number for she has blocked me. She told me I'm not grateful, I should appreciate that she has send me something. But I told her it's been a year. And she told me I should not put pressure on her. Her shop is still operating normal but I don't want to go to the shop cause I am avoiding confrontation and altercation.
