Feels like I have been ****med

So I placed an order,since shipping from 2 July till now.On the 14th I enquired they said it will be delivered by 17th July as it shows on the tracking info.Its the 18th,still shows shipped,not even at sorting facility, and they went mute on enquiries. Guess from previous reviews it won't be delivered.
