NOT RECOMMENDED

I have been waiting for five months for my unit, to no avail. I have been told it is coming on nicely to find out it has not even been started. I have never in my entire life heard so many lies and excuses!! The owner does not even return calls. My unit has been set for deliver for the past three months, every week and to date I have not received it! I have requested a full refund only to be told that there will be a 25% handling fee for their ****** up!!! There is no communication from their side unless I contact them first and then the lies and excuses start!!! I would not recommend Style-Solutions to anyone. Disgusting service. I have lodged a complaint with the consumer act who have been fantastic and is now at the legal department. If anyone would like to contact them their number is 0800 007 08.
