10 Weeks later and still no sofa!

On 9 March, I went to visit Style-Solutions and met with Leigh-Anne. I live in a small apartment, and had to have a sofa made that would fit. She explained to me that the manufacturing would take 4-6 weeks, but usually goes quicker. I was also told to pay in full, as they've had previous issues getting money from clients.<br> <br> Up to date, and after numerous excuses I still don't have a sofa. Supplier issues. Staff issues. Family issues. It just piles up every day. <br> <br> After complaining Wed 6 May, I was promised the sofa will be delivered Fri 15 May and they will refund me R1000 as compensation. Thursday 14 May, I received a message with more excuses that they wont be finished until Wed 20 May (10 weeks after payment was made). <br> <br> Today I was informed, with more excuses (supplier issues) that the sofa is still not ready. <br> <br> How is this even possible? More than 10 weeks to make a sofa?? <br> <br> Why so many excuses? (These shouldn't be my problems anymore after 10 weeks)<br> <br> Why create expectations & promises, which you cannot deliver on?<br> <br> I've given you more time than is reasonably now. Please refund me in full or deliver my complete sofa before close of business today!
