tired of waiting...

I ordered and paid a deposit for a sofa for my mom from style solutions on 02 june. The lady that assisted me was Lee Anne. I told her that I need the sofa ASAP as my mother had just sold her lounge suite. She told me it would take 3 weeks to be completed and still today I am waiting. She never gives me feedback..I must contact her repeatedly. I asked for her superiors details and emailed him (Gert) who still has not gotten back to me and conveniently there was no contact numbers for me to call him. I've asked for my deposit back and have still not received it. This is by far the worst service I have EVER received. . It's been two and a half months and still no sofa. I'm running out of patience. Lee Anne always has excuses and I'm just tired of it.
