Still no deliver after 14 weeks

Style Solutions is an upholstery in Milnerton which I requested a couch to be made for me which they charged me R 9850 and the reupholster of 2 chairs R 1899. This monies was requested immediately which I paid over to them for ordering of materials. They said they would complete and deliver within 4-6 weeks. This was supposed to be the end of April. Since then I have been struggling to get a proper answer on when they will complete and deliver. I have requested my money back but they hide behind T&C's of contracts and say they cant pay me. <br> <br> They keep telling me my couches are in progress but I have not seen any pictures despite me requesting numerous times that I need to see it. My chairs were supposed to be finished earlier but also no completion. They make promises and do not keep to it at all. I am requesting my money back. I do not recommend anybody to go through what I have in the last few months as all I want is a couch to relax on wand watch TV with my family. .
