I have visited Sofa Man Bellville branch late on Friday afternoon to enquire about repairs to my Coricraft couch as I have been battling getting any aftersale service from Coricraft for months. At Sofa Man I was helped by a very friendly, knowledgable salesman Helgaardt. Early that Monday morning my couch was collected. By Tuesday morning I received a quote and by Tuesday afternoon I was informed that my couch has been repaired. They delivered my couch Wednesday morning. Wow!!! That is excellent and professional service. The two gentleman who did the transport of my couch was also friendly and were carefull handling my couch. Fantastic service. Thank you Sofa Man. I will highly recommend your company to every one.
