Broken promises and lies - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Refer to my previous complaint: 21 May 2015 @ 11:35.<br> <br> My couch was eventually delivered Wed 3 June, without the correct feet or the promised R1000 refund. <br> <br> I have lost count of the amount of lies told and promises broken about when the correct feet will be installed or when I'll have the refund. <br> <br> When Leigh-Anne does make an appointment to come install the feet, she doesnt show up. She doesnt even have the decency to call to tell me she's not coming anymore. <br> <br> The refund payment date has been changed sooo many times. Every time a different excuse why it hasnt happened yet. How difficult can it be to just do the EFT??<br> <br> Gert (whom i assume is the owner) sent me an arrogant mail in July, asking me to remove my previous Hello Peter complaint and promised to call me re refund.<br> <br> Its been 14 weeks since the couch was delivered, that I've had to eat up their lies and excuses about the feet and refund. 26 weeks in total since couch was ordered and paid.<br> <br> Interestingly - I've seen numerous other customers have had the same problems with them, as I've had. I've even found a Facebook page, dedicated to complaints about them (since they dont allow posts/complaints on their own site anymore.
