Purchase of shoes gone wrong

I think you guys are ********. You take our money and give us wrong sizes how can you mistaken size 2 for 4. And you hope we just dnt fight for the shoe. This is not a right way to treat your customers, now you expect me to courier the shoe back and forth with who’s money. Hope all your customers get to learn of this. Angry customer
