Style Sa Nou disappointed me beyond measure

I paced an order for a dress I was to wear for a wedding and got disappointed beyond measure. Prior ordering my instincts told me to back-off the moment she asked for the full payment upfront even before taking measurements; nonetheless I went on to her shop at Prime Towers in Pretoria Central to make payment and take measurements on a Wednesday. After making the full payment upfront she promised the dress would be ready in 2 days (Friday) at 3:00pm as this was an high priority order. At 3:00 O’clock as promised the dress wasn’t ready, and she started shifting the times from 5:00pm up to 7:00pm when she openly confessed that she had not even started to work on my dress and she then offered to refund me instantly which I had to accept as I needed a dress for a wedding the next day in Limpopo.

The inconvenience she put me through is such an embarrassment that I had to attend the wedding without the dress because Style Sa Nou bites more than she can chew. The drama got worse when I asked her to do an instant transfer of the refund form her Capitec to my standard bank, I even asked her to deduct what it costs to transfer instantly from the money I had paid which she did but the transfer was not instant; only to say, ‘Sorry I made mistake I didn’t do express transfer’.

At the end of it all I didn’t have the money and the dress. Style Sa Nou is not ready to server the public.
