Style Phase Home is nonsense.
Worst communication ever,very unprofessional sales attendant. I ordered some homeware items,the items came broken,some with scratches and marks. Still haven’t received my refund

The items I received arrived damaged, with broken parts and visible scratches. I returned the goods as requested, yet they continue to withhold my refund. Despite numerous messages, phone calls, and follow-ups, I have received no meaningful response or resolution.
Taking back defective products while refusing to refund a customer is completely unacceptable. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer service is deeply concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this store.
