Worst online business Stylemode

I bought an item online paid immediately and later received proof of payment of R179 including delivery. According to their delivery its 3 working days after payment process and their delivery to me was the 16th of March changed to 20th of March and on the 20th of March at noon I called their line *** agent by the name of Charlie who promised to check what is the delay with my order and call me back the next day on the 21st, waited again until I call the on wednesday the 22nd to make a follow up to my order but I was assisted by rude lady who told me that they StyleMode has the right to cancel our orders anytime they fill like and send u a spam mail without contacting a client on the cancelation. To my surprise I call to find out what is happening with my order their phone line not clear like kids are playing around but I was told that it was canceled after I called on Monday to find out what is happening and the agent also said they don't care what I do or say cause they will continue to do that to us the paying client anytime they want too.

I would never advise anyone to buy from them cause they are unprofessional bunch of agents with no customer service skills, i think ombudsman should review their online store cause I feel like they just a bunch of jokers who takes people for granted.
