UNPROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

Style mode took over 2 months without responding to any of my emails. After my last review on this platform only then did they respond stating that they cannot refund me because a tag from one of the items had been removed which goes against their refund policy,they further stated that should I not reply by 30th of April regarding where the items should be returned to they will be discarded. I respond to their info email address and the item has still not been delivered to me. I need answers!
