Style Mode does not honour their return policy

I ordered goods and received them as expected. The one garment is too small. The sizes clearly aren't based on customary South African sizes but rather Eastern Sizes as one expects to come across in Thailand for example.

I logged a return on their website on the 4th of Feb for which I received a response email indicating that I would receive a ticket reference number and once received an agent would contact me within the 24 to 48 hours.

On the 12th I emailed them as I had not received the ticket reference number. I received a response on the 15th indicating; "We are following up with our returns team and will revert back as soon as we receive a response"

On the 22nd I emailed them again indicating that I have run out of patience and it is time to visit Hello Peter. Today is the 24th and I still have heard from them.
