Style Mode customer service is absolute trash !!!!

The 1 star is because I cannot make it a 0. buy from this business at your own peril. its like tossing a coin, you never know what you will be getting. I thought edgars had the worst customer service but Style Mode Is going above and beyond to grab the top post for worst customer service . You get your refund after crying tears of blood. If you are not strong with the follow ups you might not even get the refund . infomation is given in bit and pieces. even after requesting that they refund your money, thy would rather credit your accounnt and ask you if you want the refund. something you have alredy indicated. Are we in kindergarten, why are we running in circles? its like they train they customer reps, how not to help a customer .
