REFUND NOT REFUNDED

I was not happy with the material of a 2 piece pink dye shorts and t-shirt. I requested to return them and they were picked up on the 17th of February 2021. I have been patiently waiting for my refund since. I tried to contact Loot but they are giving me the run around sending me back and forth I have sent multiple emails with the return slip and order screenshot but nothing. I am slowly losing my patience with Loot's unprofessionalism and disrespect.
