Poor Service/No delivery

I purchased two items from Style Mode online and the delivery was set for the 19th February 2022. I still have not received my order and there has been no communication from Style Mode. The fisrt time I purchased from them I did not have any issues at all, however this is completely unacceptable. When a promise is made then it's needs to be kept especially when you've already paid. Extremely disappointed in their service.
