Disappointed in Style Mode

Not impressed with style mode at all!! I have order a really nice boot from Style mode, the delivery was as promised. The size was not as I thought it would be. I requested them to inform me how to log a return, they immediately responded. I did as instructed, return log was successful. Its almost a month later am still waiting for them to collect the return. If the delay is this long for them just to collect it after numerous emails to them, I can’t even imagine how long It will take them to refund or a replacement my item. So disappointed. I would not buy from them again if this is how long the process is. And to date…am still waiting patiently ?
