Can't return items

You cannot return your items. Even though they claim that you can. I purchased 4 pairs of shoes. 2 pairs fit and 2 didn’t. They have a returns policy but it has been 3 weeks since I logged my return and my parcel has not been collected nor has anyone contacted me regarding my return.

Although my items did arrive I am not impressed with the quality of the items. I wouldn’t recommend style mode at all. To make things worse this store is supported by loot. Shocking service
