Buyers beware : Stylemode.co.za are unable to exchange a garment if you ordered the wrong size

Good Day. Stylemode is a deivision of Loot so I was confident that the transaction would be safe. Paid for my dress and had it delivered. Now the problems begin. I wanted to exchange it for another size. However they do not seem to have a process for this. I emailed and called often. The one email I got from them told me to return the garment wait for a creidt then buy the new size. I wrote back and told them that they had not given me a returns number nor explained how to return the dress. Everytime I called I only got as far as reception who were quite appologetic, I asked for a manager , they always said a manager would call me back, Im still waiting. I then called Loot and they did not even pick up the phone. This is a month later I still have the dress and Im going to give it away. Stylemode will not see me again. They clearly dont believe that customer is king and Im happy to take my business elsewhere
