Worst customer service experience ever

<p>I bought a wig at style DIVA westgate branch for R1600 on the 24th of November 2016, was given good service from branch even forgot my phone in the store the ladies there called my husband to inform him that I must come collect my phone.. 2 weeks later after using the wig it starts to tangle so badly that it requires combing every hour. I contact their head office they took the wig for "fixing " was promised to get the wig in 2 days 7 days later I still don't have the wig and their head office contact person was Mummy who just told me she is doing me a favour by fixing the wig,I am so furious I just don't want to deal with the company ever. I have attended 2 very important events wearing a doek I work with people and image is very important in my line of business..so so so disappointed</p>
