Terrible service
<p>What a terrible service I received from the management of StyleDiva, I bought a weave brazillian hair at the amount of R2549.00, on the 28th of September 2016, it only lasts couple of days, I did nothing on the hair, it just tangled, shed, shrinked with no reason. the quality is very bad/terrible, it is not the 100% human hair while they are convincing me that the hair looks fine, but it is not about the looks it is about the quality and the life span of it. the worse part is: I am the one who was calling them and making a follow up on the status of my complaint as they said I must remove and return it for the assessment,They were not even caling me and updating me, only one day that I received a call from the sales lady in East London, saying that they are still waiting the head office to respond, now they are telling me that they washed and combed it, and it looks perferct, that is not true, I REQUESTED them to replace the hair/refund me, but they do not want to do any one of the above, they are forcing me to take the hair that I do not want it any more due to its bad quality and they droped of the phone in my ear,while I was still talking to them, Leanne and Taryn. I bought the hair in East London, but they sent it to Johannesburg for the assessment. till today, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY STYLEDIVA. lets assume thst may be the customer is wrong, but they do not have the right to treat the customer like they way they did to me, again, they forget that, customer may not always be right, but they deserve to be treated in the right way not being underestimated and taken for granted as they did to me. That is rude and totally NOT accepted at all. i still mantain the fact that I am not going to take the hair that is not in a good quality, they have to replace it with a good quality 100% Human hair or refund me that is all.</p>
Hello Zanele. Your hair is here in JHB and we have just washed it and combed it and it is absolutely perfect. We have researched hair and I have personally been to China and visited the factories where the hair comes from. One of the biggest issues that we have in South Africa is that some ladies think that human hair is Invincible and you can do whatever you want to the hair or that ir will just keep looking good. THIS IS NOT TRUE. YOU HAVE to comb, brush and maintain and look after the hair. This means combing every day, not putting too much serums and stuff into the hair, and then washing it. If you refuse to do these things then the hair will tangle and be destroyed within a week. We are NOT treating you badly but unfortunately we are not telling you what you want to hear. Hair is a consumable product and if not looked after then quite simply it will not last. The hair is on the desk here and looks perfect.
