Terrible service

<p>What a terrible service @ style diva westgate and what make things even worse is the lack of customer service s****s from their manager Micheal. The quality of their wigs is shocking. I bought a wig which i wore for 3 hours max, since they were closed i then called first thing in the morning and returned the wig the next day. The ladies there could see my point, then i was told it would be sent to head office no call whatsoever the next saturday and was told head office returned it, however no one called to let me know. Left it there and called their head office to my surprise head office knew nothing about it.... After a day head office told me its fine and i should collect the same wig that the quality is so bad. They do not care about the customers only focus on the revenue.... They should refund me and i can find a wig somewhere else, where there is quality and good customer service.... </p>
