product price changed when I got to the till

I saw hair piece on the shelves for R134 , the assistance confirmed its the correct price, got to the till price was R186, spoke to the manager who was clueless about CPA who advised me she cant override anything and seemed not to care at all. I wonder what kind of manager that is, seems she is given the job in error or no training was provided at all, no customer centricity at all.
