On the 7th of May 2015 I bought two pieces of hair recommended by the sales lady as A grade Brazillian hair and was told by her that it would last for approximately 5 years . I paid R1300.00 for the hair. A week or two later the hair started tangling. Two weeks ago I visited a hair salon to have the hair treated and was told by the hair stylist that the hair that Style Diva sold to me was not Brazillian hair and that I was ********** as the hair tangled badly when treated and that Brazillian hair should not tangle when washed. Last week Saterday I visited style Diva to show the hair to the sales lady who phoned the manager named Janey, who tried blaming me for the quality of the hair, the manager promised me that the product specialist will call me , I am still waiting for her call to date. I informed the manager that I would like to be refunded and she told me that its highly unlikely that this would happen as they have never had any complaints about the quality of their hair before. I strongly believe that I have my rights as a consumer and that I was mislead into buying a poor quality product at a very high price and I was told that the hair was A grade Brazillian hair
