i bought a lace wig on the 23rd of May with de recommendation of the sales lady, i had to chose between the R850 and R1060 one. i decided to go with the Isis R1060 one, they sold me the silicone serum as well. on Sunday the wig started tangling, i always get to time when they already closed so i called them on Friday the 29th, the lady said i should pass by. I manage to leave work early when i got there they advised i'm using wrong brush, of which they sold me a new brush. they told me to straighten the hair and brush it. i did but after 1hour of brushing the hair start tangling. every day i have to deal with that. i am very unhappy considering the price. maybe they gave me wrong product for wrong price. i am never ever going to buy at style Diva again.
