DAMAGED GOODS SOLD AND *********** MANAGER

Hi,<br> I am too disappointed and angry for words. The amount of money I paid doesn't match and or even comes close to what I was given. I bought an Isis front lace beyonce bump wig for a R827 at Southgate Mall, the 5 May 2015. There was only 1 left and the display. The so called manager who lacks customer service was the one who helped me. After paying for the front lace wig. I was then told that they only have 1 left and that 1 is damaged. They offered me the display, which I agreed to, I asked them to cut the front part and fit it on me.<br> While checking myself out still at the store. I told her that I don't like the bottom part at the back of the wig as its fritz and looks like it's been there on display for long. I told her to rather give me the one from the pack which she said the style had been damaged, as it wasn't as BAD as the display. She bruntly refused and said she had cut the front lace already.<br> I am very angry and sad especially after the money I paid. I really would appreciate a new lace wig.<br> <br> I AM SENDING THIS TWICE TO THE HEAD OFFICE AND STILL I HAVE NOT GOT ANY FEEDBACK, I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER.
