Complain not resolved

I bought Brazilian hair at style diva southgate on the 10/08/2017 of which the hair started to tangle and I went back to let them know they advised me to go wash the hair which I did and obviously when they wash the hair a product is going to be used. But that didn't help at all the hair was tangling abnormal. So I left the hair at the shop. The regional manager took the hair to be tested which no one informed me about when will I get my refund because I specifically asked for my money back. The reason I bought Brazilian hair is that I must be able to use the the hair multiple times. Now Michael the are manager got the hair washed and I don't want the hair back I lost trust the hair is going to tangle again. Bought the hair for R1992 I can't have tangling hair at that price. Please help.
